Before you dive in, we'd like to explain our Terms and Conditions quickly.
What are these Terms?
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our service. They're designed to protect both you and us and ensure a fair and positive experience for everyone. In a nutshell, terms and conditions are key points on how to use our service responsibly, what you can expect from us, and how we handle your data and content.
What should I know?
By using our website and platform, you're agreeing to these terms.
We’ve made every effort to present this information clearly and straightforwardly. However, some legal language is essential to ensure comprehensive coverage of all legal aspects. So, the first section, highlighted with a green background, is the "Plain English" version, making the key points easier to understand. You will find the complete and legally binding Terms and Conditions after the "Plain English" version. You can jump directly to the legally binding Terms and Conditions section by clicking here. 1. Accepting These Terms
By using our website and platform and everything we offer within it (our "Service"), you're agreeing to these terms. If something doesn't sit right with you, please don't use our Service.
2. Changes to Terms
We might update these terms from time to time. We'll always post the latest version on our website. If you keep using the Service after we make changes, we'll assume you're happy with the new terms.
3. Privacy Matters
We value your privacy. Please review our privacy policy here to learn how we handle your information.
4. Your Account
Please keep your password safe. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account. If you notice any funny business with your account, let us know right away.
5. Intellectual Property
We own the rights to most of the content on our Service, but anything you create and share remains yours.
6. Your Content
When you share content on our Service, you're giving us permission to use it to improve and promote our platform. Please make sure your content doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights or contain sensitive information. We might need to remove content sometimes, but we'll try to be fair about it.
7. Membership and Fees
Membership lasts for one year. Only paid-up members can use our logo. You can use the "Accredited Member" certification once you've completed all the necessary steps. We might need to adjust our fees sometimes, but we'll always give you a heads up.

Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but please understand if unexpected events cause disruptions.
16. The Whole Picture
These terms cover our entire agreement. They replace any previous understandings we might have had.
17. Ending Things
If you don't follow these terms, we might need to end our agreement. If that happens, please stop using our Service and remove any of our logos from your materials.
